Community Facilities Chapter Subcommittee Meeting
August 2, 2004
9-10am, Sutton Town Hall
In attendance: Laura Scott, Elly Phillips, and Emilio Cancio-Bello
The Draft Chapter Outline was reviewed and discussed.
The Master Plan process was reviewed and explained.
Information about the schools was provided by Emilio for inclusion in the Chapter. A copy of which is available in the Master Plan binder at the Town Hall.
Discussion about housing and cluster (conservation subdivision design) developments.
Methods for implementing the Master Plan were also discussed.
The next Subcommittee meeting will be held on Monday August 16th at 9am at the Town Hall.
