Future Land Use Chapter
Subcommittee Meeting
January 24, 2005

In Attendance: Charles Forshberg, Carol Williams, Sue Reel, Ken Uzdanovich, Laura Scott
Timeline for Chapter and Master Plan were reviewed. Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the Future Land Use Chapter on February 8 at 7pm at the Town Hall. Material will be available at Town Hall (Chapter and Map) by 1/28.
The Minutes for 1-10-05 meeting are on the web site but copies were not available at the meeting.
Please review the minutes online and send comments/corrections directly to Carol for correction.
Survey results from the 1999 survey and the 2004 summer public session will be added to the Chapter.
The new section of the Chapter was reviewed and corrections were made.
The entire Chapter was revised and minor changes were made.
The Conceptual Future Zoning District Map was reviewed and edits were made to the layout and the size of some of the proposed district boundaries.
