Meeting Minutes
May 27, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Dan Sundquist, Chair. Members in attendance were Robert Wright, Jr., Paul Raynor and Richard Krajewski. The Chair appointed Paul Raynor to sit and vote for Carrie Thomas who was not in attendance and Richard Krajewski was appointed to site and vote for Joe Burns who was not in attendance. Other Members not in attendance were David Burnham, Courtney Galluzzo and Peter Blakeman.
Meeting minutes of 4/22/08 were approved as submitted as well as Meeting Minutes of 5/13/08 and Site Walk Minutes of 4/24/08. Motions made by Robert Wright, Jr., and seconded by Paul Raynor. Unanimous Votes.
Update on Rogers Subdivision: tapes have been taken to Concord to have copies made per request of the applicant. All information on file has been forwarded to Town Counsel for review. Response from Town Counsel is expected by the end of May, 2008. Board feels satisfied with conditions they made but will wait to hear from Counsel.
Correspondence was reviewed.
Board felt that a short 2 sentence description of the Department of Historic Resources requirement should be added to the Planning Board Regulations.
Robert Wright, Jr., discussed the Begin cease and desist on Route 114 and what steps the Board of Selectmen have taken.
7:25 p.m. Walter Baker, Jr., Selectmen, arrived.
As there are no applications for June, the Chair, Dan Sundquist, has set up June 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. as a workshop on the Subdivision/Site Plan Review Regulations. The Board will hold “listening sessions” in July and a “hearing” in August to adopt any changes.
Next meeting will be held on June 10, 2008. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
