1. Letter from NHDOT approved the proposal from Hoyle, Tanner and Associates, Inc. for work to be done on the Morse Loop Bridge. Town will receive 80% back from the State.

Selectmen would like a letter to be sent to Paul Raynor to see if he would like to be part of the committee.
Betsy Forsham and Charlie Whittemore have both responded that they do not want to be on this committee.
Robert Wright, Jr. submitted a “charge” for the highway garage committee. Philip Buteau, Chair, suggested they adopt this charge but wait until Elly Phillips, Administrative Assistant is back from vacation.
3. Robert Wright, Jr. briefed Philip Buteau, Chair and Walter Baker, Jr. regarding the site walk on Birch Hill Road performed by the Planning Board. The Planning Board will be making their decision on this subdivision application at their 5/13/08 hearing.
